I was the art director and designer and came up with the idea.
Like in many other cities, in Yokohama the number of children who read books have declined.
Yokohama city has libraries at elementary schools so that kids interact with books naturally but lacked enough librarians. Our mission was to recruit librarians and redefine librarian as a job that opens new possibilities for children, helping their mind grow.
Applications increased by 150% compared to last year.
